Community College men’s water polo: Lots of Bucs get in on fun

SANTA ANA - The Orange Coast College men’s water polo team featured

12 different scorers, including Jeff Sample’s five goals, in its 18-8

Orange Empire Conference victory at Santa Ana Wednesday.

Caine Littrell and Greg Worthing, both Newport Harbor High products,

scored two goals each, while Sergio Gonzalez, Mitch Probert, Kyle Gorham,

Matt McKinney, Anthony Spezza, Kevin Cooney, Matt DeMartino, Ryan McGrath

and Billy Swanson tallied one each to help the Pirates improve to 7-6,

2-1 in the OEC. Santa Ana dropped to 0-2 in the OEC.

OCC will host San Diego Mesa Wednesday at 4 p.m.ORANGE EMPIRE
