identity theft at the Central Library branch. The first seminar,

The Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce will host the Newport Harbor

Christmas Boat Parade Awards Dinner and Auction from 6 to 11 p.m. at

the Four Seasons Hotel. The event will feature parade winners and
