Operation S.W.A.K. -- Sealed With A Kiss -- to deliver Valentine’s

Day greetings to U.S. troops and veterans.

Between now and Feb. 14, the center at 1835 Newport Blvd., Suite

A109, will provide free first-class postage for 1-ounce valentines

and letters to U.S. troops stationed overseas or to veterans in

hospitals.

Eligible mail must be addressed to a specific U.S. serviceman or

woman at an assigned address or a specific veteran residing in a VA

hospital and must bear a valid return address. Information: Call
