Bradley nets 30 as Magic wins third straight

Ryan Bradley popped for a season-high 30 points, and the Magic
continued its recent roll by routing the Suns, 62-40, in a boys’
Senior League game in Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach Youth
Basketball action.
Bradley’s big game, which included 13 rebounds, and the 18-point,
12-assist game turned in by Marcus Hairston, allowed the Magic to win
its third consecutive game after an 0-3 start to the season.
Jeff Chan and River Myers each scored 16 points for the Suns.
Myers also had 12 rebounds.
In other Senior League games:
Jazz 38, Heat 23
E.J. Gomez posted 14 points and had seven rebounds and six
assists, and Erik Vasquez scored 14 points as the Jazz continue to
lead the division, 6-0.
Pierre Masson’s nine points and 15 rebounds and a 12-rebound
effort from Andrew Brown paced the Heat.
Sonics 29, Spurs 25
Jeff Trojan came up with 12 points and 11 rebounds as the Sonics
ended their losing skid by shocking the Spurs in overtime.
Lance Ussery added 10 rebounds for the Sonics.
Dylan Roley’s 14 points, seven rebounds and five assists led the
Spurs.
In Junior League action:
Spurs 24, Hornets 18
Morgan Curry’s double-double, 16 points and 13 assists, helped the
Spurs hand the Hornets their initial loss of the season.
The Masukawa brothers, Alex and Tyler, each scored eight points to
lead the Hornets.
Celtics 21, Lakers 18
Raphael Vickers had 14 points and 20 rebounds to carry a
short-handed Celtics roster that had just five players suit up for
the game.
His effort helped the Celtics remain unbeaten and in first place
at 6-0.
Zach Everhart finished with 10 rebounds and Austin Paxson scored
six points for the Lakers.
Pacers 31, Jazz 14
The Pacers received 19 points and eight rebounds from Casey
Miller.
Kyle Jones scored eight points and Brandon Cooper scored the other
six for the Jazz.
Rockets 26, Sonics 9
Trevor Bergan scored 10 points and pulled down eight rebounds as
the Rockets posted their first win of the season.
Heat 32, Suns 19
The Heat improved to 5-1 as Dylan Norris scored 12 points and had
five rebounds, Remington Zona scored 10 points and Tyler Kesler
finished with eight and four rebounds.
Gordon Belyea scored six points and Alec Loechner scored six with
seven rebounds for the Suns.
Magic 26, Bulls 18
With Alex Bekken and Hunter French each hitting for eight points,
the Magic was able to collect its first victory in league play.
Bekken also led the team with nine rebounds.
For the Bulls, Troy Donenfeld’s 10 points, six rebounds and four
assists paved the way.
