WESTMINSTER – Senior Sean Donavan amassed a career-high 36 points and added 16 rebounds to pace the Sea Kings in the La Quinta tournament pool-play opener Monday at La Quinta High.

Donovan was 14 for 22 from the field and made four of five free-throw attempts.

Senior Joey Jones chipped in 10 points, six rebounds and two steals, while sophomore Keegan Jakosky had six assists and only one turnover.

CdM continues pool play tonight at 6:30 at La Quinta against Calvary Chapel.
