RING OF LIGHTS WINNERS

Carl and Mary Raymond of Newport Beach won the sweepstakes award for this year’s Ring of Lights contest sponsored by the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce’s Commodores Club.

The Ring of Lights is an annual tradition that kicks off the Newport Beach Boat Parade, which celebrates its 100th year this week. Families along the parade route each year decorate their homes to provide a colorful background and the chamber honors the best and brightest.
