Perhaps the most exciting and dramatic game of Saturday night was Whittier La Serna’s 41-38 double-overtime victory over Norwalk in the Southeast Division championship game.
Frankie Palmer, the little quarterback who could, delivered a game-winning 19-yard touchdown pass on fourth down to Matthew Rosales in the second overtime.
PATs were missed, passes were dropped, but both teams kept battling to the dramatic end.
