If you’re a fencer and live in California, Nevada or Hawaii, Long Beach is the place to be this weekend, with the Pacific Coast Championships scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at Long Beach State.

More than 500 athletes are scheduled to compete in junior (21-and-under) and senior (adult) categories in foil, epee and sabre.
