It’s hard enough for a team to rotate two quarterbacks, but Los Angeles Dorsey is 5-1 using three quarterbacks.
‘It’s a competition in practice,’ Coach Paul Knox said. ‘Best one gets to start. The guys have bought in. Each brings something different to the game.’
Jorrian Washington, Josh Williamson and Joseph Gray have been taking turns at quarterback. Washington is also Dorsey’s standout running back and has been impressive after missing last season with a broken collarbone.
The question is whether Dorsey can improve enough to put up a challenge to unbeaten Crenshaw when the two teams meet for the Coliseum League title on Nov. 6.
‘We’re hoping we can give them a game,’ Knox said.
