Bill-Paying Innovation: Paying bills may not be a joy, but at least it’s now more convenient for Fullerton residents. Following an agreement between the city and Southern California Edison Co., residents now can drop off their water bill payments at the Edison office, 1851 W. Valencia Drive, or pay both their water and electricity bills at City Hall, 303 West Commonwealth Ave. To save Fullerton residents from making that extra trek, Edison has placed special boxes for the bills at both locations. Residents are warned, however, not to use the boxes for late or delinquent bills because of possible delays in recording the payments.
