S&L; Erecting Burbank Office

Construction is scheduled to begin on July 15, with completion about a year later on the $6-million, four-story, 60,000-square-foot Highland Federal Office Building at the southwest corner of Glenoaks Boulevard and Providencia Avenue in Burbank.
The building will contain a full-service branch of Highland Federal Savings & Loan of Los Angeles, Highland Park. Designed by Andrew Joncich & Associates, San Pedro, the building will be built by the Hale Corp., Monrovia. Development is being handled by Design Direction Group, Pasadena, and the leasing agent is the Cornwell Co., Pasadena.
