(Hershey article) brought to mind a marvelous day I had recently. I went on a Lovers of Chocolate walking tour of Beverly Hills. The group met at Neiman-Marcus for coffee and croissant and heard an informative talk on chocolate. We visited locally made and European-imported chocolate shops and watched candy-making demonstrations and had delicious tastings. It was an unusual day that I heartily recommend.
