Dublin residents have voiced concerns about the selection of their San Francisco Bay community for a $3-million research plant that would use radiation to kill bugs and bacteria on farm produce. “I think it is irresponsible to put 3 million curies of radioactive cesium-137 two blocks from where I live,” said Lyn Dinelli, organizer of a group called Citizens Against a Radioactive Dublin.
