Taking a Few Shots at Today’s Athletes

I am getting tired of reading about sport superstars holding out for new contracts even though they have already signed a written contract. We, the public, never get a chance to pull a dirty trick like that against our employer. If we did, it would be our last for that company.

I think the owners should hold out on these guys and never let them play again. Nobody is that good. All the great players such as Mantle, Mays and many others didn’t pull stunts like that. I read the sports page every day and am getting tired of reading this crap in the sports news.
