Arafat Meets With Saudi King

KUWAIT — Palestine Liberation Organization chairman Yasser Arafat met today with Saudi Arabia’s King Fahd to press his Middle East peace proposal, the Kuwaiti News Agency KUNA said. The meeting followed two days of talks with Jordanian officials. Arafat is touring Arab and pro-Palestinian capitals to rally support for a Feb. 11 accord in which he and Jordan’s King Hussein agreed to coordinate efforts to end the Arab-Israeli conflict.
