Quake Measuring 5.1 Recorded Off Mexico

MEXICO CITY — The National Seismological Service says it received no reports of damage or injuries from an earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale that rocked the southern Pacific coast of Mexico on Tuesday night.
