Eastex Returns to Action Tonight at Los Alamitos

Eastex, the top earner in quarter horse racing history with winnings of more than $1.8 million, makes his return to competition tonight at Los Alamitos Race Course in the 400-yard eighth race.
Eastex earned an invitation to the Dec. 14 Champion of Champions at Los Alamitos with his Golden State Derby victory last spring at Bay Meadows. Oh Snaz, who will also run in the Champion of Champions, will be one of four horses opposing Eastex tonight.
