Alcoa Defense Systems, a newly formed division of Aluminum Corp. of America, will locate its headquarters in Rancho Bernardo by mid-1986. The company has a 10-year lease for 150,000 square feet of space in the Rancho Bernardo Corp. Center. Value of the lease is more than $20 million.
