Pepperdine-Maryland to Be Seen Locally

Pepperdine announced Wednesday that its NCAA tournament first-round game against Maryland at the Long Beach Arena Friday at 2 p.m. is a sellout, and thus will be televised in Los Angeles by the cable network ESPN.
The game was subject to a blackout within a 35-mile radius of the Long Beach Arena had it not sold out. Ventura’s Channel 63 also will televise the game.
