C.S. Kulesza has been named comptroller for ITT Electromechanical Components Groups Worldwide, which manufactures and distributes electronic components. He will be responsible for all accounting and data processing operations at the Fountain Valley-based company’s North American, European and Asian units.
Kulesza joined ITT in 1973, holding financial management positions in various company units. He was appointed vice president and comptroller for ITT Business and Consumer Communications Division in Raleigh, N.C., in 1983, a position he held until his current assignment. He was previously assistant comptroller for Johnson & Johnson in Charlottesville, Va., and senior financial manager with Del Monte Corp. in San Francisco.
ITT also announced the promotion of Lee Smith to vice president and divisional director of ITT Consumer Financial Corporation in Tustin. He will supervise the operation of 21 offices in Idaho, Montana, Utah and California.
Smith has been with ITT Consumer Financial Corporation since 1982.
ITT Consumer Financial Corporation has offices in 36 states.
