A 33-year-old homicide suspect surrendered to San Diego police without incident Tuesday.
Eddie L. Bell was surrounded by police and SWAT officers in the 4300 block of 51st Street at 2:25 p.m. Tuesday. He surrendered without a fight and is being held on suspicion of shooting a man to death on Trojan Avenue on Aug. 4.
