Orange County’s 12,000 employees may find themselves filling a vial or two in the future.
The Board of Supervisors last Tuesday voted to form a task force that will consider drug and alcohol testing programs for county employees.

The task force, which will include an employees’ representative, will return with its recommendations in three months.
