Running back Herschel Walker, saying his multimillion-dollar contract with the Dallas Cowboys means nothing if he is not happy, said that this may be his last season in professional football, because “when I get bored with something, it’s time to move on.”
But Cowboy President Tex Schramm said he doubts that Walker, who signed a five-year, $5-million contract with the Cowboys that would be invalid if he retired, is planning immediate retirement.
