What <i> Didn’t</i> Reagan Know?

Why don’t you have the guts to print the real reasons why Reagan is so paranoid about the commies taking over in Latin America? First, Castro in Cuba; second, the Marxists in Nicaragua, and, worst of all, Jimmy Carter has given away the Panama Canal. There are at least half a dozen solutions Carter could have found better than the one he finally settled on.
