Three men and a juvenile suspected in the fatal stabbing of the 25-year head chef at Spenger’s Fish Grotto were arrested over the weekend, Berkeley police said. Pedro Maciel Hernandez, 26; Sergio Perez Gonzalez, 21; Roberto Marvilla Perez, 21, and a juvenile were arrested, police said. Hernandez and Perez were among the kitchen staff of 100 that worked under Clois E. O’Connor, chef of the widely known 97-year-old restaurant. Gonzalez worked at the restaurant for a short time, but was fired Dec. 6, police said. All four were suspected in the New Year’s Eve death of O’Connor, 56.
