Rigney Named President of BIA Chapter

F. Daniel Rigney, president of Rigney Development Co. Inc., Northridge, has been named 1986 Builder of the Year of the Greater Los Angeles Area chapter of the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California.
Rigney has been a member of the association since 1976 and has served as an officer, as well as 1982 president of the San Fernando Valley chapter.
A graduate of Cal State Northridge, he is active in the Northridge Chamber of Commerce, the City of Hope and Childrens Hospital.
