Work Begun on Industrial Park

Ground has been broken on the $5-million first phase of the Golden West Industrial Park, a multitenant project rising on the northeast corner of Hellman Avenue and 7th Street in Rancho Cucamonga.
The nine-acre first phase, expected to be completed by August, will contain eight buildings with a total of 140,000 square feet of industrial space. Plans to build on the remaining 17 acres haven’t been completed, a spokeswoman for developer and general contractor Golden West Equity Properties Inc. said. Carli & Associates of Glendale is the project’s architect.
