Reebok International Ltd. of Canton, Mass., posted a big increase in profit for the year ended Dec. 31, 1986, compared to the same period a year earlier. Fourth-quarter income also was up sharply, the firm reported. A spokesman said Reebok’s balance sheet is in very good shape, with inventories and accounts receivables at low levels relative to sales. First-quarter 1987 bookings of orders are significantly above those for the same period last year, the spokesman added.
