PAINFUL MELODY

Ah, wilderness. Ah, young love. They come together in “State Park,” a new youth comedy due this spring from ITC Productions about a group of teen-agers loose--so to speak--in the outdoors. And the producers have picked that wild ‘n’ wooly rock guitarist Ted Nugent to compose and perform a new tune for the score.

It’s called “Love Is Like a Chain Saw,” which Nugent describes as “a moving love song for these times.”

Added bonus: Nugent, who made his acting debut in “Miami Vice” last year, will be in the pic, playing his favorite role--himself.
