The American Society of Cinematographers has chosen Jordan Cronenweth to receive the organization’s first Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography award for his work on “Peggy Sue Got Married.” He beat out nominees James Crabe, for “The Karate Kid, Part II”; Christopher Menges, for “The Mission”; Tony Pierce-Roberts, for “Room With a View,” and Don Peterman, for “Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.”
