Envoy to Tunisia Chosen

WASHINGTON — Robert H. Pelletreau Jr., deputy assistant secretary of defense for the Near East and South Asia since 1985, will be nominated to be ambassador to Tunisia, the White House announced Monday. He will succeed Peter Sebastian.
