Drag racer and former NFL quarterback Dan Pastorini was arrested at 2 a.m. in Houston and charged with public intoxication and punching a police officer who stopped Pastorini’s female companion for drunken driving.
Pastorini and his companion, Dena Kindred, were arrested after police chased a Porsche driven by Kindred at speeds of up to 95 m.p.h., a police spokesman said.
