Ferries Collide; 21 Hurt

NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Two ferries collided today in fog on Long Island Sound off Orient Point, N.Y., injuring 21 people, four seriously, the Coast Guard reported. The ships, the Lone Star and the Cape Henlopen, were able to continue on to port.
