A judge ruled against the Cincinnati Reds in an ongoing dispute with the Cincinnati Bengals over scoreboard advertising panels that obstruct views from some Riverfront Stadium football seats.
Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Ralph Winkler ruled that the Reds and the city must remove two auxiliary scoreboards from the stadium by the end of the baseball season or after the World Series, if the Reds are participants. Winkler said his order is effective Aug. 31.
