Buys Minority Interest

Zero Corp. of Los Angeles said it completed the acquisition of the minority interest of its majority-owned subsidiary, McClean Midwest. Terms weren’t disclosed. Zero said McLean Midwest, with sales in excess of $10 million, manufactures and sells air conditioning units and heat exchangers which cool electronics.
