Aid to the Nicaraguan Contras and Covert U.S. Activities

I find it inconceivable how the President of the United States can remain silent on the critical issues of the day, have no memory of making important foreign policy decisions, and allow himself to be unaware of his Administration’s activities. President Reagan says he supports democracy but his management policies breed anarchy. North is right: We do live in a dangerous world--Reagan’s world!
