Jay Chiat, 55, chairman and chief executive. He started the agency in 1968 with Guy Day, who has retired.
Lee Clow, 44, president and executive creative director. Has been at Chiat/Day since 1973. Created the “I Love L.A.” campaign for Nike and the “California Cooler” campaign.
Fred Goldberg, 46, executive vice president and chief operating officer. Worked for Young & Rubicam in New York and Los Angeles for 17 years before joining the agency in 1981.
Greg Helm, 39, senior vice president and general manager. Worked at D’Arcy-MacManus & Masius and McCann-Erickson before joining Chiat/Day in 1981.
Bob Kuperman, 45, executive vice president and creative director of the Los Angeles office. Joined the agency this month. Created the “1949 Auto Show” campaign for Volkswagen.
Chuck Silverman, 44, senior vice president and creative group head for the Nissan account. New to the firm from Scali, McCabe, Sloves/West.
Tom Patty, 42, senior vice president and account director. With Chiat/Day since 1976.
Gene Cameron, 42, executive vice president and group management supervisor. With agency since 1978.
