Fifteen young film actors, directors and writers are scheduled to leave Saturday on a peace crusade to the Soviet Union and to film a documentary there. Among those going on the trip, sponsored by the Washington-based National Committee for a Sane Nuclear Policy, will be actors Judd Nelson, Helen Slater, Mary Stuart Masterson, Esai Morales, director Jonathan Kaplan, actor-screenwriter Craig Sheffer and technical specialists. During its 10-day meeting, the group expects to meet with members of the Soviet film industry, government officials and high school students in Moscow and Leningrad.
