Police have referred a Texas woman’s complaint that she was raped by David Bowie after his Oct. 8 concert to a Dallas County grand jury, Dallas police said Wednesday. Police said no charges have been filed against Bowie, but the grand jury will decide whether Bowie should be charged with sexual assault or whether the case should be dropped. “There is no comment,” Bowie spokesman Joe Gara said in New York Wednesday. The woman telephoned police Oct. 12, saying that she had been raped by Bowie in his room at The Mansion, one of the city’s most exclusive hotels.
