UCSD Soccer Team Beats La Verne, 1-0

SAN DIEGO — Mike Lodoen scored on a corner kick late in the game to lead the UC San Diego soccer team to a 1-0 nonconference victory over La Verne Wednesday at UCSD.
Pieter Koopman had the assist for UCSD (10-4-2). La Verne is 9-4-2.
