General Dynamics’ Space Systems Division in San Diego has received Air Force approval to use government-owned facilities in California and Florida for its commercial rocket-building program. The Air Force agreement allows General Dynamics to fabricate parts and assemble commercial launch vehicles at Vandenberg Air Force Base and Cape Canaveral.
