Leonard J. Pieroni has been named senior vice president and director of business development of the Parsons Corp., Pasadena, an engineering and construction management company. James T. Callahan has been named to succeed Pieroni as president and general manager of Chas. T. Main Inc., the Boston-based unit of Parsons.
