House Vote on Contra Aid

Every time I hear President Reagan or Vice President Bush talk about democracy in Nicaragua and our need to be involved there, I find myself asking one simple question: Why don’t they ever say anything about Haiti? Could it be because Haiti is our friend and it’s OK for our “friends” to do whatever they want? Nah!
