NFC, Britain’s biggest freight transport, storage, distribution, travel and property company, completed a $100-million merger agreement with Chicago-based Allied Van Lines. The merger establishes the world’s largest centrally owned worldwide moving network with operational bases in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Middle East, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, West Germany and the United Kingdom.
