Local News in Brief : Seal Beach : Man Escapes on Foot After Robbing Bank

A man who claimed that he had a handgun robbed a Security Pacific Bank Tuesday morning and fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, authorities said. No one was injured.
The robber walked into the bank at 770 Pacific Coast Highway and told the teller he had a gun, police said. The teller handed him money and the man ran out the door.
