Struggling Celtics Face Ailing Clippers

BOSTON — The Boston Celtics will be out to end a three-game losing streak when they face the Clippers tonight at the Boston Garden. The Celtics were embarrassed by the New Jersey Nets, 117-107, Wednesday night.
The Clippers, who had just nine healthy players available in Wednesday night’s 103-90 loss to Detroit, hope that forward Michael Cage (flu) and guard Quintin Dailey (groin injury) will be able to play tonight.
The Clippers end their trip Saturday at Chicago, where they face the Bulls and Michael Jordan.
Meanwhile, forward Joe Wolf was placed on the injured list Thursday with a sprained right knee.
