Mickey Mouse returns to the big screen later this summer in a special logo celebrating the redoubtable rodent’s 60th birthday. New animation traces his graphic evolution from the blocky character of “Steamboat Willie” to a modern, rounded Mickey in tuxedo and tennis shoes. The 21-second logo will screen with Disney’s “Bambi” (1942) when the film opens in re-release at more than 1,500 theaters on July 15.
