Brian Pemberton has resigned as president of Los Angeles Cellular Telephone, the company announced, and will be replaced on an interim basis by Howard Frantom, the company’s vice president of operations.
Pemberton, who joined the company in 1986, has been named president and chief operating officer of Monroe Systems for Business, an office equipment manufacturer in Morris Plains, N.J.
