The body of a 34-year-old woman was found in a bathtub in an Anaheim motel room Monday morning, authorities said.
Capole Leblanc had been staying with a friend at the Ha’ Penny Inn in the 3300 block of West Lincoln Boulevard, according to the Orange County coroner’s office.
Coroner’s officials said Leblanc, who also used the first name of Rosemary, had been living at the motel off and on for the past 4 years and that she had moved back in with her friend, Vicki Marano, about 5 days earlier.
The cause of death has not been determined, but coroner’s officials said further tests were being conducted to see whether Leblanc may have suffered a drug overdose.
Leblanc is survived by a 4-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter, who also were staying in the room with her and Marano.
