Kirk T. Stewart, 38, has been named president of Manning Selvage & Lee/USA, New York. Stewart previously was executive vice president and managing director of MS&L;/LA. Richard Funess, senior vice president and assistant managing director, succeeds Stewart as managing director of the Los Angeles office.
